An odd Sence of ????????

Well there are several different Wiki systems out there like Wikispot witch might work for class but you really need to know your audience before you decide what internet systems your going to use.

As for learning styles the world really needs more study in this and as for my opinion I don't know .

It could help it could hurt but if you know it you can play to the students strengths if the school district sees the advantage to this it might be worth it. But seeing as according to the test my personality over the past 4 semesters has been four different personality types.

Excel the damon of spreedsheets

If I had no other choice I might consider the use of a spreadsheet for the a grade book or worksheet creation however most schools have dedicated software
for both and the grade book software is usually more secure.

I can see how people would consider a spreadsheet better because it is less work. On the other hand all calculator function very similarly and the next generation of calculators rarely is as irritating to use as the next gen software. Personally I can use my old slide rule faster than a calculator but you have to think more about the slide rule.

Ultimately yes the primary functions of a spreadsheet are to store, calculate and display data in an easily understandable way.

Ok so I don't like relying to heavily on technology because the higher Teck it is the farther it falls when it fails. Due to the fact that i would like to teach Junior or Senior English I probably won't use inspiration. One I can't see the point in this because all the significant information would be given in class and because I agree that any teacher using this in high school other than a Spanish, French, ... etc. would be insulting the intelligence of the students.

The primary way for students to use technology in writing is typing the page on a computer and a way for students to interact with peer review would be to post there paper on a blog and have there class mates review it. The problem with this is if at a school like Winnsboro 70 percent of my graduating class had home computers and only 20 percent of that had internet faster than a possible 56k. In fact my first typed paper I wrote on an old manual type- writer.
